We believe that salvation is not only a gift from God but is sustained by him as well (1 Peter 1: 5), (Hebrews 12:2). Salvation is wholly of the Lord, apart from the works of man (Eph 2: 8, 9). The Holy Spirit permanently indwells the true believer and seals him in salvation for all eternity (Eph 1: 13), (1 John 3: 9), (Philippians 1: 6). Therefore, the believer shall be kept by the power of God through faith (1 Peter 1: 5). The gift of God is eternal life: (John 10:27-29, 14:16-17, 26; Jude 24-25; Romans 8:29-39; 1 John 5: 11, 12, 18).
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as promised by Jesus Christ to all believers and is received subsequent to salvation. Believers are entitled to, and should expect and earnestly seek the promise. Evidence of the Baptism according to scripture is an uncompromising love for others, a boldness to witness the testimony of Jesus Christ and an earnest desire for Christian service as well as speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Matthew 3:11, Luke 24:49, Acts 1:8, 2:4, 2:38-39, Acts 19:1-7,)
* To be spiritually covered under the guidance of a local pastor, who will lead as the Holy Spirit dictates. (Hebrews 13:17)
* To receive aid in ministry for saints as well as sinners. (Matthew 28:19-20)
* To strengthen the bonds of love and kinship. (Philippians 2:1-4)
* To be part of a family of believers. (I Corinthians 12:12-14)
